• are over 18 years of age;
• are either an Australian citizen or a permanent resident of Australia;
• are a resident of the Australian Capital Territory or agreed adjoining areas; and within 75 Kilometres of the Australian Capital Territory
• hold a Kukkiwon or other AT endorsed Dan Certificate registered rank of 1st Dan or higher;
• have been a financial member of AT and the Association for the preceding 12 months;
• undertake to uphold the objects of the Association;
• meet the qualifications and any other requirements set out in the by-laws or the regulations of the Association
